- How long will it take for my order to be delivered and how much will it cost? We currently offer two UK delivery options:
Standard Delivery (2-4 Days): £4.95
Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail 1st class recorded post. A signature is required on delivery.
Next Day Delivery: £6.95
Orders must be placed before 12pm GMT between Monday and Thursday and be to a delivery address within the UK. Deliveries must be signed for. Certain destinations may take a little longer.

- What are your return and exchange policies? We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, returning your order is simple.
Please visit our Returns Policy for full details. - How and when will I be informed if a product is out of stock? Even though all of our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally demand exceeds supply. If this occurs, we will call you as soon as we receive your order.
- Do Cowshed test their products on animals? No. Cowshed have never and will never test their products on animals.
- Are Cowshed products suitable for use on children? Yes. Our new Mother & Baby range is due to launch in January 2009.
- How did the brand get the name 'Cowshed'?
- Can I use your products if I'm pregnant? None of our products contain ingredients at levels that should cause concern during pregnancy. However, some people choose to avoid products such as our bath and massage oils as these contain pure essential oils at higher levels than the rest of our product range.
By advising you not to use our products during pregnancy we are being EXTREMELY cautious. If you have any concerns at all we have to advise that you show the ingredients list to your GP or pharmacist and ask their opinion before using any of our products. - Are Cowshed products suitable for vegans? Yes, with the exception of one:
- Lippy Cow Natural Lip Balm: contains organic bees wax
- Do your products contain parabens, sulphates, petrochemicals, artificial fragrances or colours? No.
- Why are the Spa, Skincare and Baby Cow products no longer available online? We are currently redeveloping these products. The new Spa range, which will include premium organic spa and skincare products, is due to launch in November 2008. The new Mother & Baby range will be unveiled in January 2009. In the meantime, the original Spa, Skincare and Baby Cow products are available at Cowshed shops and retail locations while stock lasts.
